High-level Embarcadero Bound boarding platform on San Jose Ave, across from the intersection of San Jose and Seneca Ave, integrated into the Muni Yard. High-level end-of-line alighting platform integrated into the BART station. WARNING: Wheelchair users must board the first door of the first car, unless your destination is a station between West Portal and Embarcadero — otherwise you will not be able to exit the train.

Caution: Boarding and especially alighting at Balboa Park is very strange. Procedures often change, especially since they are currently doing construction in the area. Take all of the information provided here with a grain of salt.
